TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICES DIVISION
The Training and Support Services Division is managed by a Division Chief and two Captains, The Training and Support Services Division is responsible for management of the following:
- Fire Suppression Training
 - Adminstration of the East Snohomish Training Academy
 - Emergency Preparedness and CERT Training
 - Wildland Firefighting Training
 - Information Technology
 - Recruitment
 
The Training Office is responsible for conducting the following:
- Recruit academies
 - Probationary testing and evaluations
 - In-service training and education of fire personnel
 - Utilizing a variety of training methods and resources
 - Including video- and technology-based programs
 - Promotional Exams
